Sean suggested that I redo the Pavoni site as a blog. Hmmm…for those of you that actually read my coffee blog, you know I’ve been thinking of redoing the site for a while now.
A blog may be a good place for the info. When migrating the material, some of the stuff can be updated and the comments area may be a great place for Q&A.
OK, stay tuned. No promises, but I’m guessing that I’ll be up within a few weeks…

More info on the pavoni’s is always a help. Theres some pretty healthy threads at coffeegeek. Since you know quite a bit about them, any suggestions on where to buy extra portafilters for an old europiccola?
