While I’ve heard a lot about MarsEdit, I’ve only decided to try it now. Why? Research of course. I’m checking it out as an offline editor for a client.
So how does it test? Well, it is a cinch to setup. I just told it where to look for the blog, entered in my credentials, and it figured out that it was a WordPress blog all by itself, pulled in my categories etc. etc. Excellent.
I just authorized it to get images from my Flickr to place into the post and bamo! This is good enough that I think I’m going to register the product after the 30-day free trial and keep using it myself!
